NEWS RELEASE TRANSMITTED BY CCN NEWSWIRE FOR: CITY OF BRAMPTON FEBRUARY 8, 2002 - 16:45 EST City of Brampton: Brampton Firefighters Plan Hot Evening At Blue Mountain BRAMPTON, ONTARIO--Tickets are now on sale to see Brampton firefighters from the Smokin' 2002 Calendar perform their acts at Blue Mountain in Collingwood on February 28. The event will help celebrate Ladies' Week at the resort. The show will be held in the Weider Room, Conference Centre, at the Blue Mountain Resort. "The Blue Mountain event will be filled with onlookers who can get a good glimpse of the Calendar men and pick up a Smokin' 2002 calendar," said Andy MacDonald, Assistant Deputy Chief with Brampton Fire and Emergency Services. "The money raised from the event will go to a good cause, which includes children's charities in Brampton." Tickets for the show are $8 each and $32 for the show package - the package includes a bus service (subject to availability) departing Brampton City Hall at 5:30 p.m. and returning from Collingwood at midnight. The price also includes a deli-style dinner served on the bus and show admission.
