Appoints Miss Michelle Minville as Secretary of the Board and Manager of Orlando Offices

Mr. Allain Barriere CEO stated the following: "We are now ready to proceed with our comprehensive deployment plan. The Website will function as a key marketing platform for new product releases and the licensing program. The Company also announced the nomination of Miss Michelle Minville as Secretary of the Board and Manager of the Orlando sales offices.

Miss Minville possesses over 25 years of experience in teaching; educational management (including HR management duties); and training and development of post secondary and adult students in Canada and in the USA. She has been Assistant Director of Columbia College, Orlando Campus, since January 2007. Michelle is also an HR Consultant in Training and Development for New Trends Franchise Group since January 2005.

Since 1983, Michelle has occupied teaching positions in Business mathematics at Lasalle College and the International Academy of Fashion, Merchandising and Design in Montreal. She then moved to Orlando, Florida in 1990 where she co-founded a post-secondary technical college offering Associate degree programs in the movie and theme parks industries. Michelle was the Vice-President and Dean of that institution for 9 years. She then completed her senior professional training in Human Resources Management with the Human Resources Certification Institute and Valencia Institute in Orlando.

Michelle possesses a Masters Degree in Post-secondary and Adult education and a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Montreal and is currently enrolled in the Executive Juris Doctor program at Concord Law School. Michelle is also accredited as a Commissioner of Oath from the Justice Ministry of the Province of Quebec for all the judiciary districts of the Province as well as abroad, and she is a Notary Public for the State of Florida.

Correction: On August 20, 2007 the Company announced the appointment of Mr. Luc Bellemare, attorney, as Chairman of the Board. The announcement was not approved by Mr. Bellemare who declined the offer. Management would like to apologize for this error and ensure that this unfortunate misinterpretation is corrected.
