- May 5, 2010) - Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE) is holding their
annual National Exposition in Calgary at the TELUS Convention Centre from May
10 to 12, 2010. The event, historically held in Toronto, will be in Calgary for
the first time in the organization's history, and will welcome upwards of 1,000
delegates including the country's brightest university and college students,
academic professionals and top Canadian CEOs.
Throughout the three-day event,
post-secondary students from over 40 universities and colleges across Canada
will compete for prestigious national champion titles by showcasing their
economic outreach projects and business venture achievements to judging panels
composed of top Canadian executives.
The final round of competition on May 12 will be observed by
hundreds of delegates and guests and judged by over 40 top Canadian CEOs,
including: Clive Beddoe (Founding Shareholder and
Chairman, WestJet Airlines), Bob Sartor (Chief Executive Officer, The Forzani
Group LTD.) and Willy Kruh (Global Chairman - Consumer Markets, National Leader
- High Growth Markets Canada, KPMG LLP).
