Cadillac to Extend Expiry Date of Outstanding Warrants

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 4, 2010) - Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CDC) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announces that it intends to extend the expiry date of 3,271,028 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"), originally set to expire on August 19, 2010, for an additional six months to February 19, 2011. The Warrants, all of which are held by Trafigura Beheer B.V., an insider of the Company, were issued pursuant to a private placement in February, 2009 and have an exercise price of $0.37 per common share.

The extension of the expiry date of the Warrants is subject to review and acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Cadillac is a development-focused exploration company which has the past-producing Thierry Property near Pickle Lake in Northern Ontario, several exploration projects in Spain in joint venture with MATSA and three Canadian exploration projects, located in regions that have been historically active.

The Burnt Hill Project is a 51% owned tungsten tin project located outside of Fredericton, New Brunswick.
