CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 29, 2010) - Canadian Youth Business Foundation announced today that Calgary-based entrepreneur, Colin Davison, founder of Stealth Acoustical & Emission Control, has been awarded Innovator of the Year at The Prince's Youth Business International (YBI) Entrepreneur of the Year competition.

Davison, one of CYBF's most successful young entrepreneurs, was short listed following a world-wide voting by the member countries of the YBI Network.

"This win has demonstrated that Canada is at the forefront in developing innovative young entrepreneurs who truly do make a difference – both in our communities and internationally."

Davison, who founded Stealth Acoustical & Emission Control in 2006 with the help of CYBF start-up financing, was awarded Innovator of the Year for his work in assisting industrial clients reduce noise pollution levels in factories and installations.

Davison and three other category winners will be feted in Mexico City, Mexico on September 23, where they will compete for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year, 2010 award distributed by YBI, one of HRH The Prince of Wales' charities.
