Datum  International  Limited  ("Datum"  or  the "Company"),  the  software  company  specialising  in  the
development,  supply,  implementation and support of their Enterprise Content Management  ("ECM")  Solution
KnowledgeWorker®,  announces  the appointment of Graeme Peter Spenceley,  44,  as  Finance  Director,  with
immediate effect.

Graeme is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly an Associate Director in Transaction Services at KPMG and
is currently a Partner in The Headlands Hotel.

Aside  from the aforementioned, Graeme Spenceley has not held any other Directorships within the past  five
years  and there are no other disclosures required pursuant to paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the PLUS Rules
for Issuers.

Datum  also  announces the resignations of David Rose (Finance Director), Amir Jamal (Operations  Director)
and Simon Orme (Non-Executive Director) from the Board. The restructuring of the Board reflects a new phase
of  development  for the Company and the Board would like to thank David, Amir and Simon for  their  valued
contribution.  Datum  is  currently in the process of seeking to appoint a  new  Independent  Non-Executive
Director and will make an announcement in due course.
