BioNitrogen Corporation Announces Name Change and CUSIP Change

DORAL, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 28, 2013) -  BioNitrogen Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes exclusive technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, announced today that it has received a new CUSIP number of 09072R104. The company will also change its name to BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. to more accurately reflect the company's plans for future growth. Both changes are slated to go into effect immediately. The company's stock symbol will not change.
