Bio Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. Signs LOI With EC Grease Collection Systems, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - August 27, 2009) - Bio Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. (OTCBB: BSOM) (FRANKFURT: B10206) -- In the next step of its roll-out planning, Bio Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. announced today that it had signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with EC Grease Collection Systems, Inc. of Wilmington, North Carolina, confirming their intention to provide collected liquid brown trap grease from food service facilities throughout North and South Carolina for delivery into BSOM's planned local conversion site.
