FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - July 3, 2008) - BFC Financial Corporation (NYSE: BFF) ("the Company") today announced that it had been notified by the NYSE Arca that the Company had fallen below the continued listing standards relating to minimum share price and minimum market value. The Company has notified the NYSE Arca that it will work to cure these deficiencies. Under the NYSE Arca rules, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE during the six month cure period, subject to compliance with the other NYSE continued listing requirements. Although the Company hopes that it will be able to comply with NYSE Arca's requirements for continued listing requirements, there is no assurance that it will be able to do so.
