PLANNED WITHDRAWAL FROM PLUS

As  part of the Board's strategic review, it became clear that maintaining a quote on PLUS was not  in  the
best  interests  of  the shareholders.  The cost of being on PLUS and the compliance requirements  are  not
necessary for the development of the Company's business and its future financing.  At a Board meeting  held
on  19  August 2008, the Directors concluded that the Company should be withdrawn from PLUS and stated  the
intention that the Company will withdraw from the market at the close of business on 5 September 2008.

The Directors are conscious that this may make it harder to deal in the shares.  However, your Board is  of
the  opinion that this proposed course of action is in the best interest of shareholders as we plan for the
future.

UNDER  THE  PLUS RULES, THE COMPANY IS REQUIRED TO GIVE SHAREHOLDERS A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN 10  BUSINESS
DAYS  TO  OBJECT, SHOULD THEY SO WISH, TO THE INTENDED WITHDRAWAL OF ITS SECURITIES FROM THE  PLUS  MARKET.
ANY SHAREHOLDER WISHING TO RAISE AN OBJECTION SHOULD   CONTACT   PLUS   IN   CONFIDENCE BY 4 SEPTEMBER 2008
