Ateba Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 8, 2009) - Ateba Resources Inc. (the "Company")(CNSX:ATR) announces that it has granted an aggregate 1,300,000 options (the "Options") to directors, officers, and employees pursuant to its stock option plan. The Options are exercisable at $0.16 and expire January 8, 2014.
