Archangel Diamond Corporation Announces Change to Board of Directors and Updates US Bankruptcy Proceedings

Lamont "Monty" Gordon from the Board of Directors. The Corporation expresses its gratitude to Mr. Gordon for his dedicated service to the Corporation.

On November 17, 2009, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, Judge Tallman presiding, entered its order in the Corporation's bankruptcy proceeding which established the record date for the purposes of determining those equity holders entitled to vote upon and receive distributions under the Corporation's plan of liquidation as September 3, 2009.
