3M ESPE Brazil Adds Bite to Sales and Marketing Performance With the Antenna Mobility PlatformTM

Dental Sales Reps More Than Double New Prospects in Oracle® CRM On Demand System Using AMP SALESTM on Smartphones

JERSEY CITY, NJ--(Marketwire - January 14, 2009) - Antenna Software, delivering real business mobility to the world's most demanding enterprises, today announced that 3M ESPE Brazil has significantly improved its sales and marketing performance with the AMP SALES™ mobile CRM solution, powered by the Antenna Mobility Platform™ (AMP). A leading provider of dental care products, 3M ESPE Brazil deployed AMP SALES to mobilize its Oracle® CRM On Demand system on HTC TyTN II smartphones, giving dental sales reps the ability to access and update customer and opportunity data from the field. Fully deployed in May 2008, the division has more than doubled the number of new contacts in the system, improved overall data quality, enhanced customer-focused marketing campaigns and increased the number of opportunities closed and won by 34 percent.

In May 2008, 3M ESPE Brazil rolled out AMP SALES to its field sales reps, sales managers and support team. Its main objective was to capture accurate and timely customer information in the CRM system while simultaneously making it easier for the sales reps to perform their jobs and deliver results. With AMP SALES on their smartphones, sales reps can now:

To help ensure a winning implementation, 3M ESPE Brazil took advantage of the Antenna Implementation Methodology (AIM), a compilation of Antenna's accumulated best practices and practical knowledge, including storyboarding, application design and rollout. 3M ESPE Brazil also relied heavily upon its internal, Six Sigma and New System Implementation (NSI) methodologies for the planning and execution of the overall mobility project, which dovetailed with Antenna's implementation process.
