AmeriChip International Inc. Appoints Roger Pacquette as Chief Operating Officer

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI--(Marketwire - September 24, 2007) - AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) announced today that Roger Pacquette has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Pacquette, a native of Detroit, attended Oakland University studying Engineering. Throughout his business career, Mr. Pacquette has worked primarily within the Tier One Automotive manufacturing network, in both sales and manufacturing management. Over the past 25 years, he has been responsible for multi-million dollar projects from inception to full production. His experience includes working with major automakers such as General Motors, Ford and Chrysler.

His promotion to the management team is a key step in building our senior level staff. Roger has worked with us as an independent consultant for the past six months, with a primary focus being Business Development.
