Accounting Management Solutions Names Engagement Managers

WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - September 23, 2008) - Accounting Management Solutions, Inc. (AMS), one of the fastest-growing private companies in the country, today announced that it has named Scott Posnick and Carmen Addario as engagement managers, a newly created positioned designed to ensure that AMS clients continuously receive optimal service.

AMS recently established offices in Manhattan and Providence to provide comprehensive accounting, financial management, and consulting services to nonprofit, public, private, and professional organizations in those regions.

Posnick, a Certified Management Accountant, who has served as a senior financial manager for nearly 20 years, joined AMS in 2000. Since then, he has worked closely with clients to improve profitability and performance by implementing and leading financial systems. He earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Babson College and an MBA in finance and systems from Suffolk University.

Addario, who joined AMS in 2005, has served as interim CFO at a Boston area hospital and vice president of a multi-hundred million dollar economic development organization. In addition he has worked as a controller and director of finance and has expertise in financial reporting, planning and analysis, cash flow, re-engineering, systems, and process implementation. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in public administration/health administration from Suffolk University.
