EEC is a multi-disciplined engineering firm focused on providing industrial, process safety management, automation and manufacturing, and power and instrumentation system services nationwide. EEC represents a highly complementary acquisition that enables ENE to augment its customer base, gain exposure to new end markets, and expand its geographic reach. Tom Ziegenfuss, CEO of ENE, said that "we are excited about the partnership at EEC and believe that the combination of the two organizations will result in attractive growth opportunities going forward. As part of the transaction, EEC's existing management team will remain in place and continue to maintain the existing customer relationships as well as drive growth with new customers.
