No shares were issued or used for this acquisition and it was paid for with cash on hand as well as the seller carrying a small note at zero percent interest that is non-convertible which will be paid off from the cash flow of the website within about 6 months. The annual revenue from this blog will add about $40,000 a year to our income from the existing advertising network.
