O'Neill's presentation will be given at 2:30 p.m., May 22, 2012, at the InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

O'Neil will discuss patient-centered care as vital to the adoption of patient and family engagement and as shown by facilities across the U.S. to optimize patient care and hospital outcomes. About Michael O'Neil:
