DANVILLE, VA--(Marketwire - May 17, 2011) - American National Bankshares Inc., (NASDAQ: AMNB), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable June 17, 2011, to shareholders of record June 3, 2011.
