HUNTSVILLE, AL--(Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - 11i Solutions, Inc., a wireless infrastructure architect and solutions developer, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Infinity Technology, Inc. Both companies are headquartered in Huntsville, AL. The terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed. New York-based private equity firm Steel Pier Capital Advisors, LLC acted as both financial sponsor and strategic advisor during this transaction.
Infinity Technology is an award-winning software and engineering firm that specializes in quality assurance services for high-profile military, aerospace and next-generation spacecraft manufacturers. With a strong past performance record for government contracting, Infinity Technology will play a vital role in delivering the capabilities of 11i Solutions to government.

The company is currently working with NASA on the next-generation Orion spacecraft and has been invited to bring its avionics expertise to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
