Schawk, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Digital Marketing Agency Real Branding


DES PLAINES, IL--(Marketwire - November 11, 2010) - Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), a leading provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the digital marketing agency Real Branding, which has offices in San Francisco and New York.

Real Branding was founded in 1994 to pioneer the emerging field of digital communications for brands. The agency's clients include Unilever, Lipton, Disney, Michelob, Red Lobster and ABC.
