Sally Falkow, APR, is an acknowledged expert in internet marketing strategy – blogs, RSS feeds, online news and social media. She is president of Expansion Plus, an internet marketing and public relations agency.
A veteran of the PR industry, Falkow has translated her extensive experience in marketing, PR and communication to the internet. Her main interest is in the shift in media consumption and how new technology is affecting the practice of public relations.
She is certified as an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner by the Public Relations Society of America and is a Senior Fellow of the Society for New Communication Research. Falkow is a member of the Social Media Club and originally launched this initiative in the Los Angeles area. The Social Media Club is active in promoting new media education and standards such as the format for the social media press release.
Falkow has authored several e-books on internet marketing strategy and the use of new technology in PR. She has lectured in communication theory, public relations strategy and consumer behavior at the university level. She is in demand as an expert speaker on how online news, blogs and RSS feeds are influencing online PR and marketing.

Paul Gillin is a veteran technology journalist with more than 25 years of editorial experience. Since 2005, he has advised marketers and business executives on strategies to optimize their use of social media and online channels to reach buyers cost-effectively. He is a popular speaker who is known for his ability to simplify complex concepts using plain talk, anecdotes and humor.
Gillin was previously founding editor-in-chief of TechTarget, one of the most successful new media entities to emerge on the internet. Prior to that, he was editor-in-chief and executive editor of Computerworld for 15 years.
Gillin's critically acclaimed 2007 book, The New Influencers, chronicles the changes in markets being driven by the new breed of bloggers and podcasters. His latest book, Secrets of Social Media Marketing, was published in fall 2008.
In addition to his consulting and speaking, Gillin writes columns for BtoB and Deliver magazines and online for Ziff-Davis Enterprise. His work has appeared in scores of publications, including The New York Times, Advertising Age and the San Jose Mercury News. Rebecca Lieb is vice president of Econsultancy's US operations. An expert in interactive marketing and advertising, she was formerly editorial consultant and contributor to The ClickZ Network, after serving as its editor-in-chief for over seven years. Lieb is also a content strategy consultant for a variety of brands as well as professional trade organizations. A current project, The Curator, just launched in beta. She works with some of the world's most admired companies including Raytheon, Allstate, Hewlett-Packard and Southwest Airlines. Most recently, her endeavors have been focused on providing cost effective measurement programs for non-profits, small businesses and government agencies.
Paine was an initial founder of the Institute for Public Relations special commission on measurement and evaluation. She served as the US liaison to the European Standards Task Force to set international standards for media evaluation. She writes a regular column for PRNews on corporate image and crisis communications and contributes to PRNews, Communications World, PRWeek, Business Marketing and New Hampshire Magazine.
