Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Fenwick & West Associate Travis Robertson

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. , Aug. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Travis Robertson has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office.

Travis advises technology companies and their venture capital investors on a variety of legal matters including formations, financings, technology licenses, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business corporate governance matters.  Before starting his legal career, Travis was a cofounder of a healthtech startup that provided an app-based direct to patient pharmacy service.  Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Travis worked at Fenwick & West LLP as a member of their corporate practice group and on the in-house legal team at Adobe Systems Incorporated.

Travis received his J.D. from the Stanford Law School and his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Japanese from Brigham Young University.

“The entrepreneurial spirit runs deep at Silicon Legal and each attorney has an intimate understanding of the challenges and concerns of founders and startup companies.  It’s no wonder, then, that Silicon Legal has developed such a strong reputation in the startup community for providing top tier client service and excellent legal advice.  I’m excited to join the team of professionals at SLS,” said Robertson.  “Travis’ unique background as an entrepreneur himself will serve our clients on a personal level,” said Andre Gharakhanian, partner at Silicon Legal Strategy.  “Couple his entrepreneurial spirit with corporate experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our team.”
