Dart Appraisal Names Luke Buikema as Director of Operations

TROY, MI--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) -  Dart Appraisal, a leader in innovative solutions in the appraisal management industry, announced today the promotion of Luke Buikema from Operations Manager to Director of Operations.

With the focus on aligning operational strategy with client needs, Buikema's main role will be to collaborate with company leaders on the strategic development of systems and processes. He will work to integrate the operations team with various customized solutions designed to meet the specific appraisal needs of each client.

Buikema joined Dart Appraisal as Operations Manager in March 2012 when the appraisal management company expanded its operations team as part of the company's dedication to continuous process improvement and customer service. Prior to joining Dart Appraisal, Luke held the position of General Manager of Aramark Cleanroom Services for the Midwest and Puerto Rico regions. There he was responsible for expedient problem solving, recruiting and promoting qualified staff and improving customer relations. Luke received his bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago.
