Also speaking at the meeting are Donny Smith of Jaguar Communications, Brian Webster of Wireless Mapping, Drew Clark of the Partnership for a Connected Illinois, and numerous others.

Technical panels will provide the latest information on using TV White Spaces spectrum, WISPA's 5 GHz Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) database, the 3.65 GHz lightly-licensed band, and voice over IP over wireless (VoIPoW).

Specialty panels will cover such critical topics as how to deploy fiber, how to correctly design and deploy access points, and how to effectively manage your broadband wireless network.

As always, many of the nation's most experienced WISP operators will be on hand, eager to share their knowledge. Round table discussions and a formal WISPA board meeting will provide communication on every level. Many attendees will learn as much from fellow attendees as from the outstanding speakers.

This year is a pivotal moment for the United States and for our broadband infrastructure. With new spectrum and improved operating rules, the fixed wireless industry will bring even better broadband to millions of Americans. For more information, contact forbes@wispa.org.
