President and Chief Executive Officer
James Delaney leads Marketwired’s corporate vision, business direction and global strategy. Most recently, he served as Marketwired’s Chief Operating Officer, steering the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to his tenure at Marketwire, Jim built a reputation for delivering exceptional results for prominent international companies. From 2006 to 2011 he served as President, Global Sales & Marketing Solutions for Dun & Bradstreet where he pioneered the development of its Data-as-a-Service platform, which transformed the commercial data industry and today represents Dun & Bradstreet’s largest growth strategy. As senior vice president of card services at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jim led his product portfolio to unprecedented growth and acquired 500,000 new customers in a single year – the most in the program's history. He has held a number of other senior management and marketing leadership positions at respected financial institutions including Colonial Penn Insurance and FirstUSA. Jim is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Devito

As Marketwired's CFO, Stephen Devito oversees the Company's worldwide finance organization with responsibility for financial reporting, tax and legal matters, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also leads the facilities and human resources teams. In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, Stephen is instrumental in determining the organization's business and financial strategies. With over 13 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience in both private and public companies, Stephen has succeeded in taking companies through rapid growth and expansion, including initial public offerings, hostile take-over bids, restructurings, and more. Stephen joined Marketwired in 2008 after leaving his post of CFO at Second Cup Royalty Income Fund (TSX: SCU.UN), the largest franchiser of specialty coffee cafés in Canada. Prior to Second Cup, Stephen held leadership roles at DWL Incorporated, a fast growing CRM solutions company specializing in the insurance area, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the world's largest professional services firm and Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP, a mid-sized professional services firm with head offices in Toronto and Montreal. Stephen is a designated Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Nick Koudas

Nick is a professor at the University of Toronto's computer science department. He holds more than twenty patents and has published more than 100 research publications in the areas of database systems, text analytics and information mining. Nick serves on the editorial review boards of four scientific journals related to data management systems and data analysis, and sits on the program committees for leading data management conferences.
Before joining U of T he was a member of AT&T's research laboratories' technical staff.

Victoria MacDonald drives Marketwired’s success through its people. She leads Marketwired’s global talent strategy including talent acquisition, talent development and total rewards. Prior to joining Marketwired Victoria established the human resources department for Takeda Canada, the local subsidiary of Japan’s largest pharmaceutical company. Before that she was on the HR leadership team of the Swiss-based global giant AstraZeneca’s 1400-person Canadian subsidiary, which was consistently rated as one of Canada’s top employers. Victoria also has many years’ experience in HR leadership positions at technology and telecom services companies including Inquent Technologies, a start-up technology firm at which she established the HR department and implemented several best practice initiatives. Victoria is a Certified HR Professional (CHRP), an active member of the HRPA and received her B.A. from the University of Toronto. She is married with two children and lives in Toronto.

Suresh joined Marketwired in 2009 after many years of proven success in achieving sustained revenue, profit and business growth for mission-critical application providers serving Fortune 500 customers. As vice president of product development for RealPage, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand software solutions for the rental housing industry, he laid out the vision, managed product development and built performance management applications that enabled customers to monitor, analyze and plan portfolio performance from a central location. Prior to RealPage, Suresh was a senior systems analyst at SRA Systems Ltd. in Chennai, India. He holds a Global Leadership Executive MBA Degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.

He is a seasoned technology executive with 16 years of experience leading client-facing departments for companies such as Corel Corporation, Web Plan and Kinaxis. Prior to joining Marketwired, Jeff was the founder and CEO of ServiceVantage Corporation where he spent 10 years helping the executive teams of more than 30 technology companies build best-in-class and scalable approaches to client retention, recurring revenue and renewal predictability. An expert in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space, he has held executive leadership positions in business development, client services and operations for companies such as dna13 Inc., which was acquired in 2010. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.

In 2004, Darin Wolter joined Marketwired as Vice President of Sales for its Western U.S. region. In his first six years, Marketwired’s profits increased nearly 100-fold and the Company’s market share in the news distribution space climbed dramatically. During this time, Darin was promoted to Senior Vice President Sales and his territory oversight grew to include all of Europe and Asia. Under Darin’s watch, Marketwired’s sales staff grew more than 500%, which was buoyed by new office openings in San Francisco, New York City, Boston, Austin and London (U.K.). In 2010, Darin was named Marketwired’s Executive Vice President of Global Sales where he now directs the Company's sales revenue and growth efforts worldwide.
